GE - Jakarta - The Customer Service Manager will be overall in charge of the in-countryterritory transactional service segments of Power Generation Services, Asia. Responsible to grow the all segments of transactional services business TX in Indonesia and Brunei. Essential Responsibilities Own Customer relationship, reporting to PGS Country Operation Manager Take lead in technical aspects of TX customersâ meetings including TIL Technical Information Letter distribution, post-implementation update as well as communication with customer on transactional outage status. Drive compliance to PGS operating matrices on TX related sales, growth forecastingpacing, financial accounting collection, AR, PD via support tools such as e-Field Services PAC, GOET Global Order Entry Toolfor order conversion and forecasting, Support to grow PGS TX business on proposal generation Scope, JCE, Manpower Loading and on-time execution for parts and repairs.
